Abstract:
To provide an optical material made of a resin material, which facilitates optical design and has a low coefficient of linear expansion, high heat resistance and high transparency.
The optical material is a cured product obtained by curing a curable composition containing (A) an organic compound having two or more carbon-carbon double bonds having reactivity with SiH groups, in a single molecule, (B) a hydrosilylation catalyst, and (C) a compound having at least two SiH groups in a single molecule. The optical material has a content of isocyanuric acid groups of not less than 0.1 mmol per 1 g of the cured product.
