To provide an optical measuring apparatus precisely measuring the angle and the distance of an object to be measured.
The optical measuring apparatus mainly comprises a laser light source 11 for measuring an angle, an imaging element 12 for measuring an angle, a laser driving circuit 13, a laser light source 21 for measuring a distance, an imaging element 22 for measuring a distance, a laser driving circuit 23, and a CPU 4, and calculates the angle and the distance of a work W, based on the output signals Sc, Sd from the imaging element 12 and the imaging element 22. The CPU 4 automatically adjusts the increase and decrease of projection quantity of light irradiated from the laser light source 21 within a range less than an upper limit, in response to the projection quantity of the imaging element 22. Thus a light-receiving level is stabilized, and the laser light source 21 does not have an influence on the imaging element 12 due to the excessive increase of the projection quantity. Then, precise measurement of the distance and the angle of the work W is performed.
