Abstract:

To reduce measurement errors and to maintain high precision against changes of environmental temperature.

In this measuring device, a ferrule 21 and a mirror body 42 are covered with a metallic outer tube 41, and an adhesive 43 made of silicone rubber is filled between the outer tube 41 and the ferrule 21 and the mirror body 42 and between the ferrule 21 and the mirror body 42 respectively to prevent the infiltration of moisture. The occurrence of dew condensation on the mirror surface 42a of the mirror body 42 is prevented in particular. Even when the environmental temperature becomes the freezing point or below, no freezing occurs on the mirror surface 42a of the mirror body 42, and double refraction is not increased sharply.
