Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the lack of data at photographing by providing a minutely moving mechanism for changing the arrangement of an optical system in the slit light generating means of a three-dimensional measuring machine along the optical axis to change the width of a slit light. CONSTITUTION:A convex lens 9 for converging a sheet-like light has a driving mechanism 12 for minutely moving the lens 9. The driving mechanism 12 has a ball screw for moving a lens fixed part, so that the lens 9 can be moved in the optical axis direction manually or by motor drive. The width of convergence is resultantly changed by the movement of the convex lens 9, and when a measurement target is a smooth metal or plastics, a slender slit light can be emitted to perform a precise measurement. When the measurement target is a cloth having a rough source, a broad slit light can be emitted to provide a continuous reflected light, and the lack of the measurement data can be prevented.
