Abstract:

To provide an optical member, capable of reducing adhesion of dust and facilitating wiping of the adhered dust, an imaging system optical article, and an imaging system module.

In the optical member 1 including an optical thin film formed on a substrate 10 as a translucent member, an AR film 12 is formed on one surface that is the light incident side of the substrate by EB evaporation, a fluororesin film 14 is further formed on the AR film 12, and an IR cut film 16 is formed on the other surface that is the light outgoing side of the substrate 10 by EB evaporation using an ion assist.
