To provide an optical member having excellent optical properties, antifouling, and wiping properties.SOLUTION: The optical member including an anti-reflective layer including a porous layer, in which the porous layer includes particles mainly composed of silicon oxide and binder, the antireflection layer has a main chain of hydrocarbon, a silyl group, and a perfluoroalkyl group having a carbon chain length of 4 to 8 on the surface layer of the porous layer, and a polymer in which the ratio of the silyl group to the perfluoroalkyl group is in the range of 1:10 to 1:30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
