At this time, the oscillation of the chaos light can be performed by the positive feedback operation by the HBT 2 having broad band characteristic exceeding 1GHz with high photo-electric conversion efficiency and high amplification factor based on the fluctuation of oscillation. Thereby, it is possible to surely and easily remember the multiplex recording image by each wavelength by performing the chaotic memory search.
