Title:
OPTICAL MIRROR, OPTICAL SCANNER, AND LASER BEAM MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3531554
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress local strain of a mirror surface due to stress generated when a galvanomirror is fitted to a motor shaft with fixing screws.
SOLUTION: A galvanomirror is made as lightweight as possible for fastness by being ground up to an auxiliary bone structure which has a backbone part provided on a mirror reverse surface in the center. Further, high rigidity for prevention against twisting in fast movement is given and a mirror part and a motor shaft fitting part are ground into one structure. In this invention, a cut is formed between the bay of the auxiliary bone structure close to the motor shaft fitting part and the backbone part arranged in the center of the reverse surface.
