A plurality of first optical elements 2 are mounted on a first plane side of an optical waveguide 6, and a first electric signal wire 3 is juxtaposed in a direction crossing a transmission direction of an electric signal to be transmitted by the first electric signal wire 3. A plurality of second optical elements 4 are mounted on a second plane side of the optical waveguide 6, and a second electric signal wire 5 is juxtaposed in a direction crossing a transmission direction of an electric signal to be transmitted by the second electric signal wire 5. The optical waveguide 6 is juxtaposed in a direction crossing a waveguide direction of an optical signal to be guided by the optical waveguide 6, and waveguides an optical signal emitted from the first optical element 2 or the second optical element 4 or an optical signal to be made incident to the first optical element 2 or the second optical element 4. The optical waveguide 6 is juxtaposed at a narrower interval than an interval between adjacent first electric signal wires 3 and adjacent second electric signal wires 5.
