Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical nondestructive inspection method and an optical nondestructive inspection system which can increase SN ratio without raising output of the heating laser and detect the state of a measuring object more accurately.SOLUTION: An optical nondestructive inspection method comprises: a heating laser source 21; at least one infrared detection means 31, 32; and control means 50. A member where a measurement spot is arranged is made of metal or alloy on which an oxide film can be formed. The optical nondestructive inspection method includes an oxide film formation step in which an oxide film formation laser having higher output than that of the heating laser is temporarily radiated on the measurement spot SP before performing a heating laser radiation step to form an oxide film 93S around the measurement spot including the measurement spot. A new measurement spot SP' is arranged on the formed oxide film to perform a heating laser radiation step, a radiated infrared ray detection step, a temperature rise characteristic measurement step, and a determination step to determine the state of a measuring object.
