Title:
OPTICAL OBJECT EXTRACTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3210447
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the optical object extracting device dispensing with a matched filter in which an interference fringe of a hologram, etc., to be manufactured for every objective pattern to be extracted is desired is drawn, and thereby comparatively simplifying the alignment of an optical system.
CONSTITUTION: The device is constituted of at least a light source 11 for emitting a cohelent luminous flux 12, a first image display means 14 for giving an intensity distribution to the luminous flux, a first Fourier transformation lens 15 for allowing the intensity distribution of the luminous flux 12 for optically executing Fourier transformation, a space optical modulator 16 for further giving the intensity distribution to the luminous flux 12, a second Fourier transformation lens 18 for further optically executing Fourier transformation to the intensity distribution of the luminous flux 12, and an image pickup means 20 for picking up an obtained output image. A picked-up output image is displayed as an input image of a first image display means 14, and a feedback loop for repeating this series of processing plural times is formed.
