Abstract:

To prevent high power light from being outputted inadvertently when a transmission fiber is returned (reconnected) after measuring optical output power, or the like, because APSD release (ineffective) state is recovered automatically to normal state at an optical transmission node having an APSD control function.

When conduction of light to other optical transmission node is detected (S14) after optical output control is set ineffective, ineffective setting is released (S15).
