Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing molded optical parts having large volume with high mass productivity while suppressing shrinkage.
CONSTITUTION: Glass 12 (22) as an inorg. optical material and acrylic resin 13 (23) as an org. optical material are heated and kneaded and the resulting optical material is press-molded at the softening temp. of the org. optical material to obtain lenses 11 (21) as optical parts.
