Abstract:
PURPOSE: To solve a problem that a conventional optical pickup device cannot stably extract data since an objective lens reflecting light beams swings owing to external shock on the optical pickup device of an optical disk driving device used for a computer storage device or the like.
CONSTITUTION: The objective lens 70 is installed at one side end part of a horizontal arm 21 which can turn in a focusing direction. The other side end part is integrally installed in a tracking supporting part 28 executing an operation in a tracking direction. A spring 29 and a supporting metallic part 30 are installed above and below the centroid part of the tracking supporting part 28. Thus, the position of the tracking supporting part 28 is stably kept.
