Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical probe holder capable of solving a problem in conventional manner that, for example, stray light caused by light coming from ambient environment such as sunlight and illumination light which enters into the optical probe resulting in a reduction of detection accuracy of the optical probe.SOLUTION: The optical probe holder includes: an adhesive layer that adheres to the surface of a specimen and holds the optical probe adjacent to the specimen; a light-shielding layer formed over the adhesive layer to shield stray light; and a holding part that holds the optical probe, the adhesive layer and the light-shielding layer.
