Title:
OPTICAL RECEIVER CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3505392
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative feedback amplifier circuit and an optical receiver circuit, which can flatten the gain over a wide range.
SOLUTION: A negative feedback amplifier circuit is provided with a negative feedback amplifier part 1 which negatively feeds back/amplifies an input signal and a reflection coefficient setting part 2 setting the input reflection coefficient of the negative feedback amplifier part 1. The reflection coefficient setting part 2 has a resistor Rin and one end of the resistor Rin is connected to the input terminal of the negative feedback amplifier part 1. Then, voltage Vin which is almost equal to the DC component of the input signal IN is applied to the other end. The resistance of the resistor Rin is set so that the input reflection coefficient at the time of parallel resonance becomes not more than about 0.3. Thus, the gain can be flattened over a wide range without peaking even at the time of parallel resonance.
