Abstract:
PURPOSE: To narrow a bit width without changing a light source.
CONSTITUTION: The recording film formed on a substrate is continuously irradiated with the beam spots formed by modulating light according to recording data patterns on one hand and with the beam spots so as to overlap on the arbitrary parts of the parts irradiated with the modulated beams on the other by using two systems of distributed or independent light sources at the time of forming arbitrary patterns by light on the recording film.
