Title:
OPTICAL RESOLUTION OF AMINO ACID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03157352
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To safely and efficiently resolve amino acid by using liquid membrane- type reactor composing a functional hybrid molecular aggregate comprising phospholipid and neutral micelle surfactant adding with active peptide.

CONSTITUTION: An active peptide is added to a functional hybrid molecular aggregate composed of a phospholipid generating vesicle and a surfactant generating micelle to obtain a liquid membrane-type reactor and amino acid is optically resolved by using said reactor. The liquid membrane-type reactor used in said process is a substance having low toxicity and excellent optical resolvability. For instance, diacyl phosphatidylcholine as L-modification as a phospholipid, e.g. methyl-type cationic surfactant or polyoxyethylene-type neutral surfactant, etc., as a surfactant and e.g. tripeptide composed of L-phenylalanine, L- histidine and L-leucine as active peptide, are exemplified.
