Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner which is less prone to damage of wiring during a pressure-bonding process, and to provide an image display device and a head-mounted display.SOLUTION: An optical scanner 3 comprises a movable part 31, shafts 321, 322 that swingably support the movable part 31, a support part 33 that supports the shafts 321, 322, a holding part 34 adhered to an upper face of the movable part 31, a light reflective part 35 provided on the holding part 34, a wiring 375 provided on a lower face of the support part 33, and a protrusion 38 provided on a lower face of the movable part 31. The support part 33, the movable part 31, and the shafts 321, 322 are formed from a same substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
