Title:
OPTICAL SCANNER, SCANNING OPTICAL SYSTEM, SCANNING IMAGE- FORMATION OPTICAL ELEMENT, OPTICAL SCANNING METHOD, GHOST IMAGE PROTECTION METHOD AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3492971
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or to effectively prevent the occurrence of a ghost image caused by reflection by a part for an in effective surface art of a lens between a light deflector and a surface to be scanned in an optical scanner.
SOLUTION: In the optical scanner which deflects a light flux from a light source 1 side by the light deflector 5, is made to condense the deflected light flux toward the surface to be scanned 7 by a scanning image-formation optical system 6, forms a light spot on the surface to be scanned and performs the optical scanning on the surface to be scanned, at least a part other than an effective optical surface of an optical device 6a which constitutes at least a part of the scanning image-formation optical system 6 is used as roughened surfaces 13 and 17, and roughness of the roughened surface: Rmax is made into Rmax>0.5 μm.
