Abstract:

To provide an optical scanner which is prevented from being damaged or changed in properties even when it receives an intense impact or vibration.

The optical scanner 10 has a movable plate 20 having a reflecting surface, a supporting body 40 to support the movable plate 20 oscillatably in an opening 41 by a pair of leaf spring-like torsion bars 30, a coil 5 provided along the outer periphery of the surface of the movable plate 20, a pair of permanent magnets 6 fixed on the surface of a supporting body 40, and a restriction member 7 provided oppositely to the movable plate 20. The restriction member 7 has a coil side restriction member 70 provided on a surface on the side of the coil on the supporting body 40, and a reflecting surface side restriction member 71 fixed on a surface on the side of the reflecting surface. The restriction member 7 prevents the displacement of a prescribed amount or larger of the movable plate 20.
