Abstract:
To provide a high-speed image pickup microscope which has two or more free configurative detection channels and an excellent 3D (three-dimensional) resolution.
The optical scanning microscope 1 is intended for catching at least one place of a sample area by relative movement between illumination light and a sample, and is provided with a face detector by which the sample 23 is lighted with illumination light at two or more dots or areas in parallel, and the two or more dots or areas are detected by a detecting device 28 simultaneously. The microscope is provided with a movable perforated disk for producing illumination, and a beam splitter 17 and/or a filter 27 which can be replaced and or changed over is arranged in a detection light path.
