To provide an optical scanning module capable of composing a highly accurate optical scanner easily according to demand, and to provide an optical scanning method capable of high-definition writing and reading, the optical scanner, and the image forming device, the image reader, etc.

By using the configuration which fixed integrally a light emitting source 402, a deflection means 405, a drive circuit 408 for light emitting sources, a drive circuit 405-1 for deflection means, a mounting means 2 using a terminal as a double purpose, etc., in a supporter 401, the optical scanning module is composed as a solid with one combination having a function which deflects a light beam from the light emitting source 402 by the deflection means 405, and scans it repeatedly. By mounting the optical module in a base body, the optical scanner is composed and the image forming device and the image reader are composed by using the optical scanner.
