Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize a device which can carry out the high speed calculation processing and has high reliability and does not need using a high speed CPU, by calculating the relative coordinate position and attitude by using a simple calculation equation without using the complicate processing such as image processing.
CONSTITUTION: A light source 10 equipped with a mechanism for scanning all the view field regions by a knife edge 13 having the edge crossing at right angle with a target satellite is arranged, and a plurality of detectors 16a, 16b, 16c and 16d having each arrangement pattern are arranged on a chaser satellite, and a processing circuit 20 which measures the timing in light transmission and light shielding of the knife edge and calculates and controls the coordinate position and attitude of the satallite, computer 23 and a control part 24. Since the light source is on the target satellite, the back light due to the reflection of the light source light is not generated, and the need of image processing is obviated, and the high speed processing is enabled, and safety is improved.
