Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor having a light guiding function and a manufacturing method of the optical sensor.SOLUTION: An optical sensor 100 of the present invention includes: a semiconductive layer 111 including an electric circuit region 111A and an optical sensing region 111B; a sample holding unit 23 disposed above the optical sensing region 111B; a light guiding structure 130 disposed between the sample holding unit 23 and the optical sensing region 111B; and an electric interconnection structure 140 disposed above the electric circuit region 111A. The electric interconnection structure 140 is formed integrally with the light guiding structure 130, and the light guiding structure 130 guides the light emitted from the sample holding unit 23 to the optical sensing region 111B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
