Abstract:

To provide a filter device capable of maintaining stable optical characteristics over a long period, and to provide an optical sensor employing the same.

In the optical sensor with a filter function provided with a filter device 1 and a light-receiving device 2, a first interference filter structure constituting the filter device 1 and formed by laminating a plurality of light transmission layers is deposited on the surface of a color glass filter, the device 2 is provided with a semiconductor light-receiving element structure having a single or a plurality of semiconductor layers, a light-receiving region is formed on the single or the plurality of semiconductor layers in the semiconductor light-receiving structure, and the single or the plurality of semiconductor layers include InxAlyGa1-x-yN (0≤x≤0.21, 0≤y≤1).
