To provide a member suitable for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence (EL) element characterized in that light radiated from a light-emitting layer can be effectively extracted to the outside in a lighting device or a display using organic EL without carrying out a complicated process of filling a concavo-convex pattern of a diffraction grating with a transparent material having a high refractive index followed by flattening the surface, to provide a member suitable for manufacturing an organic EL element, in which light radiated from a light-emitting layer can be extracted to the outside without forming a structure matching wavelengths of the respective light sources of R, G, B, and to provide a member suitable for extending a service life of an organic EL element.
An optical sheet is provided, which has a phase separation structure comprising a sea-island structure and has a haze of 1% or more. When a thermal weight loss of the sheet is measured in an inert gas at a temperature elevation rate of 10°C/min, the amount of desorbed components including organic substances is 1 wt.% or less in a period from 30°C to 200°C.
