This processor is provided with a first light transmitting means 22 for transmitting first light So1 of a first wavelength in a continuous light state and second light So2 of a second wavelength having a signal light pulse, first optical amplifier 21 for making the first and second light So1 and So2 incident from the first light transmitting means 22, pulse light source 26 for outputting a light pulse stream So3 for control of a third wavelength, second light transmitting means 23 for transmitting the first light So1, on which a waveform is put on by the first optical amplifier 21, and the light pulse stream So3 for control from the pulse light source 26, and second optical amplifier 34 for making the first light So1 and the light pulse stream So3 for control incident from the second light transmitting means 23 and emitting an output optical signal So4 of the third wavelength, on which the signal pulse is put on.
