Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical signal transmission device in which the number of components is small, which is low-cost and which can maintain high transmission quality in optical signal transmission device which conducts communication between a plurality of terminals.
SOLUTION: The optical signal transmission device is constituted of n transmission units (a first transmission unit to an n-th transmission unit, where n represents a positive integer) 101 to 10n, m reception units (a first reception unit to an m-th reception unit, where m represents a positive integer) 121 to 12m, a sheet-like optical transmission unit 14 and an interconnection 22, which connects the m-th reception unit 12m for monitoring of the quantity of light to the n transmission units 101 to 10n. When a quantity of emitted light is checked, the m-th reception unit 12m receives a light signal emitted from one among a first transmission node 161 to an n-th transmission node 16n via a reception node 18m, so as to detect the quality of light. An electrical signal, which expresses the light intensity level of the detected light signal, is output to the transmission node as an emission source.
