Abstract:
PURPOSE:To speed up operations by admitting address light, control signal light and information signal light as input signals in time series and generating a voltage by a driving synchronizing circuit when an address light detecting circuit detects the address light. CONSTITUTION:The voltage is generated from the driving synchronizing circuit 103 through a driving system 106 and a set pulse is impressed to a pnpn semiconductor element 201 when the address light detecting circuit 102 detects the address light 300. The voltage is generated from the driving synchronizing circuit 103 through the driving system 106 and a reset pulse is impressed to the pnpn semiconductor element 201 when the address light detecting circuit 102 detects the reset light 310. The problem that the operating speed cannot be increased to the on-off speed of the element or above, the problem that a power consumption increases and further the problem that the driving circuit is complicated in order to select as to whether the information signal is sent to the ensuing stage or not are solved in this way.
