Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical system device and a double-convex lens that collimate irradiation light with more space saving, and equalize illuminance on an irradiation surface by the irradiation light.SOLUTION: An optical system device 1, parallelizes irradiation light irradiated from a light source, and equalizes illuminance on an irradiation surface by the irradiation light, comprises: a double-convex lens 20 that is provided in an irradiation direction of the irradiation light, and has a first surface 21 located at an incidence side in the irradiation direction, and a second surface 22 located at an emission side in the irradiation direction, the double-convex lens 20 in which the second surface 22 is formed into a radius collimating incident irradiation light, and the first surface 21 is formed into a radius of curvature equalizing illuminance on an irradiation surface by irradiation light emitted by the second surface 22,; and an aperture 30 that is arranged between the light source and the double-convex lens 20, and causes a part of the irradiation light to pass therethrough.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
