Abstract:
To provide a compact optical system capable of minimizing the reduction in peripheral light intensity, and an image capturing device.SOLUTION: An optical system OL consists of a front group Lf having positive or negative refractive power, an aperture stop SP, and a rear group Lr having positive or negative refractive power arranged in order from the object side to the image side. Relationships among a distance between a negative lens Ln having the highest refractive power in the rear group Lr to a positive lens Lp located on the image side of the negative lens Ln along an optical axis, an aperture angle of the positive lens Lp, a back focus of the optical system OL, and a focal length of the optical system OL are set appropriately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
