A thermo sensor 1 consists of a member deformed in accordance with a temperature and supports at least one end of a fiber Bragg grating 2 varying the reflecting wavelength of light by the distortion of expansion and contraction to detect temperature variation from the wavelength variation of light reflected by this grating 2.
