Abstract:
To reduce in size of an optical unit with a shake correction function for rotating a movable body around an optical axis and around an axis crossing the optical axis, and reduce thickness in an optical axis direction.SOLUTION: An optical unit 1 with a shake correction function comprises: a rotation support mechanism 6 rotatably supporting a movable body 5 with an optical axis L as the center; a gimbal mechanism 7 rotatably supporting the rotation support mechanism 6 around a first axis R1 and around a second axis R2; and a fixing body 8 supporting the movable body 5 through the rotation support mechanism 6 and the gimbal mechanism 7. The fixing body 8 includes a cover bottom 20, a frame-shaped frame case 30 fixed to the cover bottom 20, and a stopper case 40 which surrounds an outer peripheral side of the frame case 30 and has a coil fixed to an inner peripheral surface. The gimbal mechanism 7 is connected to a second vertical frame portion 33 of the frame case 30. The cover bottom 20 and the stopper case 40 are sheet metal members having a thinner plate thickness than the frame case 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
