Abstract:

To prevent a minute powder particle in measured fluid charged through friction from adhering to an observing optical window plate for improving measuring accuracy and the working efficiency of measurement, and therefore to actually shorten measuring time in the measurement of fluid characteristics using minute powder particles.

In the measurement of fluid characteristics where minute powder particles 7 are dispersedly poured into measured fluid G to observe scattered light 16 in the case of irradiating the powder particles 7 with light for measuring the fluid characteristics of the measured fluid G, a conductive thin film 1b through which light can transmit is formed on the surface on a side of a flow path 3a of an optical window plate 1 provided on a boundary plane for separating the flow path 3a of the measured fluid G from an optical system device part 20.
