Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (X is Cl, Br, I, NO2 or OCH3; Y is F or CF3; R is 1-4C alkyl).
EXAMPLE: Methyl 2-methoxycarbonyl-2-fluoro-3-hydroxy-3-(4-chlorophenyl) propionate.
USE: An intermediate for medicine and agricultural chemical.
PREPARATION: A compound expressed by formula II is reacted with a compound expressed by formula III in the presence of a bovine serum albumin at 5-40°C and pH 6.5-12 to provide the compound expressed by formula I. The bovine serum albumin can be used also in state of crude product and may be used directly or by immobilizing on a proper carrier.
