Abstract:
To provide an optimal route determination apparatus which can determine an optimal route for easily moving to the next delivery destination in consideration of actual environment of delivery destinations.SOLUTION: In a system where a server device, a plurality of service executor terminals, and a head office terminal can be connected to each other over a communication network, the server device, which is an optimal route determination apparatus, includes: a service specification information acquisition unit which acquires service specification information including information on execution spots for each of services; an execution order determination unit which calculates the order of execution for the services as a combinational optimization problem to determine the order of execution; an execution spot unique information acquisition unit which acquires execution spot unique information including information on one or more stop position candidates in execution spots of the services, for each of the services; and an optimal route determination unit which determines an optimal route including information on optimal stop position and/or optimal stop direction in the execution spots by use of the order of execution and the execution spot unique information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
