Abstract:
PURPOSE: To search for a gradual extremal value from an initial implantation point and gradually follow up a set value adaptively to the degree of adaptaton by using an arrangement model simulating the generation alteration patterns of plant life by the optimum controller of a system whose set value of an optimum air ratio moves with changes of a fuel composition and a load.
CONSTITUTION: The evaluation part 37 of this optimization controller uses the result obtained by performing input processing of exhaust gas concentration, a coal flow rate, an air flow rate, power generator output, etc., inputted from a boiler turbine plant 33 to calculate the degree of adaptation from a variable data base 35 that a knowledge and data gathering and updating part 34 updates periodically and a fixed data base 36. A low-order control unit 32 calculates optimum concentration at an ECO exit O2 from the result obtained by minimizing the degree of adaptation, calculated by the evaluation part 37, which is passed from a optimization search part 38 by loads. The frequency of the optimization search can be decreased by parallel retrieval by a single gametestock type plant group within restrictions.
