This optimizing system has a data base 21 storing data indicating available pits when the cast product is cast as pit data, the data base 23 storing working dates in a plant as working date data, the data base 24 storing the melting weight the can be used at least per day and available days for casting as constraint condition data, and the data base 22 storing the kind and number of frames used every cast product as a frame table. In the optimizing system, at least the delivery schedule and quantity of the cast product are input as a production plan, and the working schedule of every cast product is created as scheduling data based on the pit data, the working date data and the constraint condition data. Then, the optimizing system creates cast optimizing scheduling data for whole cast products by optimizing the scheduling data with an optimizing technique.
