PURPOSE: To provide the subject oral absorption drug containing a quinolizinone compound and a water-soluble polymer compound, useful as an antiallergic agent and an antineoplastic agent and having absorption properties where the slight absorptivity in oral administration is improved and sustained-relies properties.
CONSTITUTION: With N-(1H-tetrazol-5-y1)-1-phenoxy-4H-quinolizin-4-one-3- carboxyamide or a salt thereof (abbreviated quinolizinone compound), a water- soluble polymer compound (e.g. hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) is blended in a weight ratio of (1:0.1)-(1:10) to obtain the objective drug. In addition, additives such as a disintegrator, a lubricant, a vehicle, a coloring matter and a solubilizing agent are added thereto as necessary and preparation is carried out by the conventional method, thus obtaining the above-mentioned objective drug. As the dosage form, powder, subtilized granule, granule, capsule, tablet, etc., are possible.
