Abstract:
To provide an oral fluid sample collector for home use and a mail container therefor.
A sanitary cotton pad can be placed on the tongue in mouth in order to collect an oral fluid sample. A plastic frame surrounds the pad and assists to hold the fluid thereon. The inspection strip comprises a sealing unit for preservative pouch 60 at the opposite end, and an outsize handle having a mechanism for identifying the patient. The preservative pouch 60 has a pair of seals 62, 63. The first seal 62 is disposed on the side closer to a user and the preservative held in the pouch can be sealed when the pouch is carried to a user.
