To provide an oral instruction recording support system which avoids omission or erroneous recognition of information even when a nurse who has received oral instructions from a doctor writes down them later.
An oral instruction recording support system 10 uses a voice recorder 20 carried by a nurse and a terminal 16 for nurses which stores voice data of the recorder 20. When the nurse uses a combination of an electronic pen 22 carried by himself or herself and a recording paper, the electronic pens and an ID of the recording paper are detected, When the nurse writes oral instructions from the doctor to the recording paper with the electronic pen 22, the recording paper ID is inputted to the terminal 15 from the electronic pen 22. The terminal 16 reproduces voice data of oral instructions about a patient discriminated by the ID, as a voice. Since the electronic pen 22 is capable of specifying a position on the recording paper, the terminal can find out a pertinent change item by position data from the electronic pen, and oral instructions of the change item which the nurse will write down are automatically reproduced.
