A poorly absorbable medicine or component is orally administered together with whey protein, its fraction (excluding β-lactoglobulin), a proteose peptone fraction and a immunoglobulin fraction derived from milk to improve the absorption of the poorly absorbable medicine or component in the intestinal canal and suppress the damage of the medicine or active component in the intestinal canal.
