Abstract:
To provide an oral solid preparation of itoraconazole that can fill small-sized hard gelatin capsules convenient for easy capsule ingestion by solving the difficulties of conventional techniques and further can be pelletized.
The oral solid preparation of itoraconazole comprises the core particles coated with itraconazole, a hydrophilic polymer and an antiaggregant agent in layers on their surfaces as the diameter of the core particles is kept at ≤500 μm (32 mesh).
