PURPOSE: To control the orders of commodities with high efficiency and to process these orders by always displaying the latest data on the unoffered commodities in consideration of the order data received from the customers and the offered commodity data.

CONSTITUTION: A CPU 11 corrects the ordered cook data stored in a RAM 15 in consideration of the received offered cook data. Then the CPU 11 produces the offered cook data for display and sends them to a CPU 31 via a communication interfaces 32 of the display devices 3(1) - 3(n). The CPU 31 stores the received offered cook data in a RAM 34 and also displays the cook data on a display 37 in a kitchen. Thus the offered commodity data can also be informed among those order data received from the customers. Then the orders of commodities can be effectively controlled.
