PURPOSE: To exactly grasp a table service progress state of a customer group unit and a table service progress state of every order item extending over plural customer groups by providing a means for displaying the remaining number of the order items, the remaining number subtracted from the total order number and the total order number on a touch panel.

CONSTITUTION: A screen array table 17 formatted in a storage area 14 of a RAM 12 is provided with a first customer group order display area and a remaining customer order display area. Also, this device is provided with a remaining display means for displaying the remaining number and the total order number obtained by subtracting '1' from the order item concerned and the remaining customer order display area, respectively in a first customer order display, area, when a subtraction key display area is subjected to input operation, on a touch panel 9. This remaining number display means is constituted of a ROM 5, a CPU 6 for executing a program of this ROM 5, and the RAM 12.
