Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order system for restaurant capable of properly instructing the adequacy of providing a dish based on sales limit time for each dish which has been cancelled after starting the cooking to increase sales chance of the commodity at the predetermined price while ensuring the quality of each dish.SOLUTION: The order system includes: order reception means that receives an order of a dish from an order terminal; cooking reception means that receives start of cooking of the dish from a kitchen terminal; and cancel reception means that receives a cancellation of the order of the dish ordered from the order terminal. When the lapsed time from the cooking start is within the sales limit time of each dish, the order system permits to serve the cancelled dish to a newly ordered customer, and when the lapsed time has exceeded the sales limit time of each dish, the order system instructs to dispose of the dish.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
