Abstract:
To provide an ordered food and drink conveyance device capable of appropriately adjusting an interval between a plurality of dishes of food and drink conveyed to a designated conveyance destination even in the case of extending a conveyance path without arranging a plurality of conveyors on a straight line.SOLUTION: The ordered food and drink conveyance device comprises: a main conveyor that forms a conveyance path from a kitchen side to seats in a restaurant; a sub conveyor that is extended on the kitchen side of the main conveyor and laterally extends the conveyance path; a movable push-out mechanism that is provided in the vicinity of a connection part between the sub conveyor and the main conveyor and is capable of pushing out a dish of food and drink being transferred from the sub conveyor to the main conveyor toward the main conveyor; and a controller that when receiving conveyance start operation of ordered food and drink, actuates the sub conveyor and the main conveyor to start conveyance of a dish of food and drink mounted on the sub conveyor and actuates the push-out mechanism at timing at which the last dish of one or a plurality of dishes to be transferred from the sub conveyor to the main conveyor is transferred.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
