Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of confusion in the reception of an order because of illegal operation such as a mischief or inappropriate operation due to a mistake in the case that a customer makes an order from a customer-side terminal device such as a table terminal device in a restaurant.
SOLUTION: Contents ordered by the customer by using a customer-side terminal device 2 are transferred and displayed as temporary order information on a portable terminal device 2 held by an attendant through a POS controller 1 in a center. The attendant deals with the customer based on this display to finally confirm the intention of the order and performs answering operation of defining or correcting to the controller 1 to make the controller 1 recognize the defined order information. Then, the defined order information obtained by this recognition is printed out by a printer 4 for a kitchen, thereby a cook can cook corresponding to the order defined based on this print out.
