To provide an ordinary temperature asphalt mixture which can easily be produced, stored and used and can quickly be cured even at low temperature to give the cured product having high strength and durability, and to provide a process for using the same.
This ordinary temperature asphalt mixture comprising asphalt compounds and aggregate is characterized by containing a polyol and an aliphatic tertiary amine. The ordinary temperature asphalt mixture is mixed with an isocyanate compound just before used. Thereby, the ordinary temperature asphalt mixture can be stored for a long period in a state not mixed with the isocyanate compound, but can quickly be cured, when mixed with the isocyanate compound. The aliphatic tertiary amine is preferably triethylenediamine. It is desirable that ordinary temperature asphalt mixture further contains zeolite.
